On petition of plantiff by his agent N.Paschall demanding $20.on note~ Warrent issued 4 Dec $10~ on said 4 day the parties were before me their proof and allegations were fully heard where- upon I gave judgement against defendant for $15.? debt and the costs~ stay of execution to the ?4th Jan next Henry Keil special bail. 4 Jan defendant gave me plantiff's receipt for $10. and paid the balance of the debt and the costs~ 11 Jan paid the plantiff the balance of the debt.

We the subscribers acknowledge to be endebted Abraham Newfield in the sum of thirty two dollars, to _____________ on our respected goods and chattles,on this condition - whereas Abraham Newfield __________________ judgement before me, a Justice of the Peace against Sebastian Butcher for fifteen dollars and 50 cents debt and ?71? cents costs. If the said Butcher shall not pay said debt & costs on or before 4th Jan next and Henry Keil his special bail will do it for him. Ste Genevive 4 Dec 1810.

Know all men by these presents that we Henry Keil and Sebastian Butcher of the county of Ste Genevive are held and firmly bound ___________ William Clark governor of the Territory of Missouri and at his Succession in office in final sum of one hundred dollars which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these present and signed and sealed by us the 5th of June 1816. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the within bounder Henry Keil was on the 29th day of May 1814 by the Circuit Court of said county in term time appointed overseer of that division of the public road from the Town of Ste Genevive on to the River Establishment and to serve as such for the term of one year.Now therefore if the said Henry Keil shall well and truly discharge all and singularly the duty required of him as overseer aforesaid according to the several laws of this Territory then this obligation to be void or otherwise to remain in full force and effect in law,

County of Sainte Genevive of the United States of America to the sheriff of the county aforesaid.
Greetings.
Thomas Guy Bryan and William Morrison of our Court of Common Pleas before our Judges hath recovered Bastian alias Boston Butcher the sum of eighty seven dollars and twenty six cents which to the said Guy Bryan and William Morrison were adjudged as well by reason of detaining the same as for his costs in that suit expended as appears to us of record. These are therefore to command you that the goods and chattles lands and tenaments of the sais Bastian alias Boston Butcher you cause to be made the damages and costs aforesaid and that you have the same before the judges of our said courts on the first Monday in July next to render to the said Guy Bryan and William Morrison the damages and costs aforesaid and for most of sufficient goods and chattles lands and tenaments where on to by and make ?the? ? land?. We command you that you take Bastian alias Boston Butcher if he be found in your bailiwick and him safely keep so that you have his body before the same judges on the said first Monday in July next to satisfy the said Guy Bryan and William Morrison the aforesaid judges how you execute this writ and have you then there this writ.
