The Execution to the Estate of James Guibourd, namely I. or J.B. Valle & Widow Guibourd, are (___?___) to me on open Acco_____, as herewith shown to you, I therefore require you to issue process against D.d(?) administrators to have them appear before and shew cause, why I aught not to recover Judgment for D.d? Menard & Cash against them. Ste Genevive Febr. 13th 1813.
